The Jooble team will create a personal corporate email account for you to work with "name@jooble.com".
There is definitely no need to make cold calls! But the first letter we send to a partner is a cold one, as we have not previously corresponded with him or her. Thus, cold letters are part of the main tasks of the outreach manager.

When I first started, I wasn’t sure if I was capable of handling the work, but Jooble provides excellent training and ongoing support to ensure that their employees are well-equipped and able to succeed. One of the things I really appreciate about working at Jooble is the flexibility it offers - as long as you meet the necessary targets or KPIs, you have a lot of freedom to manage your own time, which, I think, is awesome.

I like working at Jooble because the company helps its employees improve their skills, conducts seminars where successful colleagues share their experiences, offers training lectures, and various courses (on Coursera, etc.). Employees get all the help they need, any question will never go unanswered (there are many chat rooms for various questions where you will always be heard).

I remember the very first day I joined Jooble; it was a great feeling knowing that it was my first job. I was nervous, but that nervous feeling was immediately gone; everyone in Jooble is accommodating, everyone is willing to help each other, and I just know that great teamwork makes it a great company. Working at Jooble is definitely one great thing; the company helps me grow and learn more as each day passes. The company is also more than willing to hear our ideas, thoughts, and suggestions.
