If you are not current Jooble employees, third-party recruiters, and recruitment agencies/vendors
You can only earn a reward for referrals who you know personally or professionally
By participating, you confirm that your referral knows you recommended them
If your referral is already in our database, they do not qualify
After you submit the form, we'll activate your referral in our database and contact you within 24 hours. You can recommend candidates for specific job openings, which you can review in the application form.
If your referral becomes a successful full-time hire and acknowledges your referral, you'll receive a one-time payment based on their grade. You can check the amount for each position in the referral form.
We believe in hiring and promoting based on talent and qualifications, and without bias or discrimination.
If your referral successfully passes their 3 months probation period you’ll receive a one-time payment based on their grade.
We can make payments to person’s IBAN accounts: business or a physical person's account.
The recipient is responsible for paying taxes on the amount received.
Jooble or the person who gives the recommendation must complete the invoice template.
